Safety by design

Prius c has been designed with a Minimum Intrusion Cabin System, where particular parts of the car’s chassis and structure absorb and disperse impact energy during an accident –helping to keep driver and passengers safe in the cabin.

Brake Assist (BA)[B4] interprets a sudden, hard push on the brake pedal as an emergency and adds brake force if necessary to stop the car in the shortest distance possible.
